The Bulls have a big day planned off the field and the Wagga club is looking to spoil their party at Jarrah Oval.
After big wins over Ag College and Albury, coach Richard Skellern is pleased with how his side has started the season.
“We are feeling pretty confident in terms of the quality of player we have on the park,” Skellern said.
“Tumut are coming off the back of a pretty dramatic week so they are going to be fired up and ready to go.
“They always are and are always a tough game in Tumut.”
While Tumut are coming off a 43-12 loss to Leeton it was tight early between the two clubs.
Skellern is wary of the Bulls outfit especially with Brumbies Provincial representative Josef Glamuzina at fullback.
“He is a standout footballer so we have to be able to contain those guys,” Skellern said.
“Their forward pack is always tough too.”
He believes it looms as their toughest test yet.
Waratahs have made the one change following the 84-0 win over the Steamers.
James Daley comes in for the unavailable Jock Munro.
Daley’s return is expected to cause a reshuffle of the front row.
“It is a bit of a front row without Jock as he’s a bit smaller compared to Jimmy Daley,” Skellern said.
Tumut is celebrating their 35th year as a club plus the 30th anniversary of their grand final win over Waratahs in 1988.
Meanwhile, Skellern has also come on board representing Total Ag Solutions and Kubota to be the major sponsors of Southern Inland this season.
