Darren and Sue-Ellen Conway will be taking the reins from current owner and Wagga City councillor Tim Koschel in what shapes as a homecoming for the dancing duo.
“I don’t really know how it happened, I guess we kind of just fell into the role,” Mrs Conway said.
“But Foxtrot’s always been like a home to us.”
Hardly novices on the dancefloor, the pair bring a wealth of knowledge to the role but won’t be rushing to change a winning formula.
“We’d like to keep it as is,” Mrs Conway said.
“There might be a few new classes and possibly we could mix things up, but we really like it this way.”
Mr Koschel said the studio would be in good hands.
“It’ll be a bit of a change for myself but I was at the stage where I couldn’t give it the time commitment it needed. I know they’ll do a terrific job,” he said.
