Luke Cousley, 24, has been charged with dangerous driving occasioning grievous bodily harm and failing to stop and assist after an accident.
Cousley was charged after the ute he is alleged to have been driving ploughed into a car in Tolland on March 15, injuring five people, including a two-year-old boy, who suffered a ruptured spleen and internal bleeding, among other injuries.
He initially faced the charges in the Wagga Local Court and in October the matter was adjourned to the District Court for sentencing after he entered pleas of guilty.
He is due back in the Wagga District Court on May 3.
