If you’ve been looking to live life on the open road, or even if you’re just a fan of adventure, the place to be this weekend is the 10th annual Wagga Leisurefest Roadshow.

It’s everything you could dream of with a showcase ranging from caravans, boats, camper trailers, four-wheel-drives to SUVs, motor homes, camping gear and outdoor adventure ideas.

Jeff Leech, the main organiser behind the roadshow, said the event gives communities the option to check out the latest technology and gimmicks.

“It’s one of the biggest events in Wagga, this year we’ve almost doubled the size of the first year,” he said.

Mr Leech said the surprising thing for him over the years has been the increase in younger crowds.

“Younger people now are buying caravans because it’s a good way to tour around Australia and you’re not paying hotel or motel fees,” he said.

The Leisurefest Roadshow is running all weekend at Wagga Wagga Showground.
