Storer set new marks in the 14 years girls 50 metres butterfly, 50 metres freestyle and 100 metres freestyle events.
Mater Dei students Pat Richardson broke the 16 years 100 metres freestyle and 200 metres indiviudal medley events while Jamie Mooney set new marks in the 14 years 50 metres butterfly and 50 metres freestyle.
Storer was one of three Mater Dei students to win age championships, however they were beaten by Trinity College in Albury for the schools competition.
Trinity also took out the girls title but St Francis de Sales Regional College in Leeton scored their first swimming honours after taking out the boys title.
Mackensey House led the way for Trinity, taking out the 17-19 years age championship plus setting new records in the 50 metres and 100 metres freestyle events.
Students now progress to the CCC carnival in April.
