The proposed funding has divided community response, however the majority of councillors are tipped to vote in favour of accepting the funding.
If council votes in favour, $400,000 will be granted to assist the developmental stage and construction is anticipated to commence later this year.
Other key topics of discussion will include the structure of council meetings (monthly to fortnightly) and a multi-dwelling housing complex on Fitzmaurice Street.
