Students from Tarcutta, Uranquinty, Kapooka, Ladysmith and Collingullie public schools combined to offer each other competition, as well as support, at an enjoyable carnival.
Ladysmith Public School claimed overall honours.
They finished well clear of Uranqunity and Kapooka in the school championships almost doubling their nearest rival.
They also provided the most age champions from the day.
Two of their students could not be separated in the senior boys with Cyron Fraser and Connor Welsh sharing honours.
Adelaide Eady claimed the senior girls while Zoe Willis finished the junior girls category.
Uranquinty’s Jake Lipscombe was named junior boy champion.
Kapooka’s Alyssa Best won the under 11 girls while Uranquinty’s Ryley Miegel claimed under 11 boys.
