Senior girls champion Abbey Senior was the chief destroyer, shaving more than seven seconds off the individual medley record and taking part in the relay team which shattered the previous record by 14 seconds.
She also set records in the breaststroke, butterfly and freestyle.
Junior boys champion Andre Labara was another standout, breaking the record for 50 metre freestyle by seven seconds.
He also set a new benchmark in the butterfly.
Waratah submitted the best team effort to emerge as the winning house.
Organiser Duncan Brodie said he was thrilled with the day.
“Everything worked out really well, especially for a super hot day,” he said.
“We all thought we were going to melt at the start but the kids had an amazing day.
“It was also great to see the kids who weren’t necessarily super swimmers come and say they were going to do their best anyway.”
