Racing returns to Wagga on Friday with an eight-race TAB card that has attracted 162 nominations.
The feature is the XXXX Summer Sprint (1200m), which has attracted the likes of O’ So Hazy, Cash Crisis, As Bad As Tyson, Magnaro and Failed Approach.
Nominations have been extended until 11am on Tuesday for the XXXX Summer Sprint, as well as the Class Two Handicap – Heat of the Rising Star (1600m) and the 2YO Maiden Plate (1000m).
The 2YO Maiden Plate will be the first two-year-old race in the Southern District for the season and has attracted six nominations to date.
The meeting will also mark the return to the course proper at Wagga after recent track renovations.
