Police say the girls, aged 13 and 15, were part of a group that entered the Fast and Easy Service Station on Bourke Street, Tolland at 3.30am on December 26, before allegedly demanding cigarettes and cash.
Police also allege one girl in the group was armed with a knife.
The group allegedly left with two packets of salt and vinegar chips and other items.
A third teenager, aged 17 years, was arrested on the afternoon of New Year’s Eve and charged over the same incident.
She appeared in a children’s court on Tuesday, where she was granted conditional bail until her next appearance on January 16.
Police say inquiries are continuing into the incident.
