Piffero edged out second-placed Kylie Johnson to take out the victory.
Wagga Cycling Club’s Stuart Darling finished third.
Tolland’s Peter Treloar finished with the fastest time, crossing the line in one hour, one minute and 52 seconds.
Tolland Cycling Club president Barry O’Hagen said the limit bunch rode noticeably better than last week, but added that they were slightly short on scratch riders.
“There were about 11 from the other day that didn’t show up,” O’Hagen said.
“But we still had about 30-odd there on the day.
“I think a few of them went to Rock at the Races.
“They’re probably still in bed after that one.”
