A passion for food and good teamwork is what sets Bistro 73 apart.
The exciting new business can cater for any function and the team is currently in the process of opening their own restaurant.
Husband and wife team, Peter and Jessica Hadkins, have worked together for the past seven-and-a-half years as qualified chefs.
“We work well as a team,” Peter said.
Jess generally comes up with the ideas and Pete makes them happen.
“That's what makes it work so well, we have different strengths,” Peter said.
These strengths are currently being focused on the renovation of 73 Morgan Street at The Club Motel to prepare for the restaurant opening.

Peter recently finished up as Executive Chef of the Kooringal Hotel to pursue the venture.
Family support is strong within the business with Jessica’s sister assisting with the front of house.
While providing catering for functions from corporate events to weddings and festivals the team will be kept busy at local events in coming months.
To get a taste of Bistro 73 head to Cork and Fork Festival (Wagga beach on the first three Friday nights in October) or Light the Night on Saturday October 7.
Despite having plenty on their plate at the moment the husband and wife team are already looking to the future.
“We hope to continue this venture well into the future with the possibility of expanding down the track.”
