Unbeaten all season, the Jaguars only conceded three goals for the season, including the last of the grand final.
Jaguars struck twice in the first half, courtesy of 25th minute strike from Melanie Parker before an own goal from Amy Gardner.
The Wolves came out firing in the second half, but after a good save from goalkeeper Angela Barclay and two quick goals from Kara Hancock the Jaguars ended any hopes of a comback.
Tolland kept fighting and got on the scoreboard through Neva Walker.
Junee coach Adrian Weir thought his team taking their chances was the difference in the end.
“All the girls dug deep and held strong,” Weir said.
Kayla Wright was named best in the grand final with a strong effort in the midfield.
The Jaguars were also served well by Sara Smart in the heart of defence, Barclay, Parker and Hancock.
