The property on 72 Baylis Street in the city’s CBD will go up for sale via public auction in Sydney on Tuesday, October 17.
Cushman and Wakefield have been appointed as the vendor and sales and investments manager Paul Heathwood will be one of the agents at the helm of the historic sale.
"We expect this property to generate strong
interest amongst potential buyers that are attracted to the robust annual rental return and long-term, blue chip
tenant in NAB,” he said.
“This site, like many of those recently sold in the areas, is expected to deliver a substantial yield.
“We expect a strong level of inquiry amongst private investors and self-managed super funds looking for quality assets in high profile locations.”
NAB will remain at the venue for five more years after it secured a new lease in June.
