They proved too strong for Sydney North in the final, taking an eight sets to four win.
Sydney South West finished third after pipping Western.
Riverina finished eighth after going down to Hunter in the playoff for seventh and eighth on Thursday.
Players from North Coast (four) and fifth placed South Coast (three) dominated the merit team.
Riverina School Sport co-ordination officer Terry Willis was happy by how the event, held at Jim Elphick Tennis Centre, was received.
“It was a brilliant championships,” Willis said.
“There was some real high quality play and some great sportsmanship,
“There were no issues all week so it was unreal.”
It was the first time in 10 years the state titles have been played for in the Riverina.
