Magistrate Erin Kennedy set the September 18 sentencing date for Tai Anthony Delaney in Wagga Local Court this week.
“He was unsuitable for home detention in 2016 because he didn’t engage and he’s just repeating that,” she said.
“You would think two months in prison would have been enough to get him to that assessment.”
