The Year 4 students have been have been developing their ukulele skills over the past two years and are now ready to share their music with the school and the wider community.
In preparation, they held a rehearsal on Tuesday.
Music teacher Liz Lieschke said every student brought with them their own musical knowledge and experiences.
“Some have their own instruments at home which allows them extra practice, knowledge and skills,” she said.
In preparation for Thursday’s concert, students selected an appropriate ukulele piece for themselves and they’ve been encouraged to work collaboratively, Mrs Lieschke said.
