Former Agland Industries employee Anna Holder appeared before Cootamundra Local Court on Monday, facing fresh charges, including one count of destroying accounting records.
Mrs Holder’s legal representative argued the new charges meant she needed more time to enter a plea.
The case was adjourned to October 6 and Mrs Holder remains free on bail.
