COOTAMUNDRA utility Liam Duffy will miss Saturday’s Group Nine showdown with Temora at Les Boyd Oval.

Duffy was issued a one-game suspension after pleading guilty to a high tackle in Cootamundra’s loss to Tumbarumba last Sunday.

Duffy was sent off for his high shot on Tumbarumba’s Brady Collins. The impact was graded as moderate.

Duffy pleaded guilty and received a one-game suspension with carry over points.

It will make the Bulldogs’ job tougher as they look to climb off the bottom of the Group Nine ladder with an upset over the seventh-placed Dragons.

It shapes as an important game for Temora as they look to keep their faint finals hope alive with a win at Cootamundra.
