A man has died and his passenger has been taken to hospital after a fatal crash north-east of Albury in the early hours of Monday morning.

Emergency services were called to the Hume Highway at Little Billabong, 40 kilometres north of Holbrook about 2.30am on Monday.
Police believe the vehicle was travelling south on the highway when the driver lost control.
The car rolled, coming to rest down an embankment on the opposite side of the road.
The male driver died at the scene while his passenger, also a man, was taken Albury Base Hospital by NSW Ambulance paramedics for treatment.
Police are investigating the circumstances around the crash and will prepare a report for the coroner.
Meanwhile, a man has died after his vehicle collided with a truck near Corowa on Sunday night.
The driver, aged in his 40s, died at the scene after his four-wheel-drive struck a B-double truck near Lowesdale.
