Tigers announced the re-signing of Campbell for the 2018 season at a club function on Saturday night.
Campbell led Tigers to premiership glory in his first season in charge last year and has established himself as one of the best players in the Riverina League.
Campbell, 27, could not resist a third season in charge at Wagga Tigers.
“Yeah I’m going around again,” Campbell said.
“I really enjoy the town, really enjoy the club and really enjoy the footy, and I just love coaching.
“I enjoy it and love the challenge.”
Campbell’s re-signing was announced just an hour after he was best for Tigers in their shock draw with arch-rival Turvey Park at Robertson Oval.
The draw has Tigers in fourth position in their quest for back-to-back flags but Campbell has not given up hope.
“I’m obviously not one to beat around the bush but we don’t have the class of last year,” he said.
“It’s still there if we want to play some good footy, we’re just going to have to work a bit harder.”
Now locked in for 2018, Campbell is determined to recruit strongly in a bid to replace the premiership players that were lost over the off-season.
“I’d say we’ll go pretty hard for next year,” he said.
“I’ve just got to concentrate on who to target.”
Tigers face the undefeated Collingullie-Glenfield Park on Saturday.
