Jessup passed away in Wagga on Sunday, aged 90.
Jessup dominated the Riverina tennis circuit through the 1950s and was also keen lawn bowler and cricketer.
He also gave his time to a number of community groups in recent years.
A memorial service will be held at 10am on Thursday at St John’s Anglican Church in Wagga.
