The 34-year-old was driving along Jack Avenue, Mount Austin on Friday when her car was searched by police.
Officers allegedly seized a package containing 30 grams of the drug ice.
The total haul was 10 times the trafficable quantity and six times the indictable possession amount.
Inspector Peter Robertson revealed the woman had already been convicted of supplying drugs in the past.
She was arrested, charged with drug supply indictable quantity and refused police bail.
