Visser was red carded late in the Steamers’ round one win over CSU for a tackle on Hamish McMahon.
Referee Mark Harris deemed the hit high and the judiciary panel found him guilty of the offence on Thursday night.
He was suspended for one game.
With Southern Inland having a general bye for Easter, it means Visser won’t play against Griffith at Murrayfield on Saturday.
He will be free to take on Ag College at Murrayfield on April 29.
In other round two clashes on Saturday, Ag College hosts fellow round one winners Leeton, Waratahs travel to face Tumut at a redeveloped Jarrah Oval while Wagga City will be out to bounce back from a heavy round one loss against CSU.
