Although it’s Ms Sell’s first time at the caravan event, she is eager to return and show off her developing skills after taking part in the ukulele workshop, one of many offered at the six-day festival.
Workshop teacher Rob Nichols said the ukulele is a powerful, compact instrument for grey nomads.
“It brings a lot of joy to people’s lives and can be quite therapeutic as you age with things like dementia,” Mr Nichols said.
“These people always wish they had the time to learn, and now they do.”
The Stone the Crows Festival will finish up on Monday night, with organisers looking forward to another year.
