A fundraiser has been launched to get Cootamundra father of two Adam Barnes, who suffers from multiple sclerosis, to Russia for medical treatment.
Already $15,000 of the $100,000 needed has been raised.
To add to the tally, wife Hayley is coordinating a Colour Run.
The event will be held at the Cootamundra Racecourse on Saturday, April 22 with room for up to 500 people.
It is all about fun while fundraising with participants able to run, walk, skip, jump, whatever takes their fancy around the 5km route.
Participants will start in waves with the first group to set off at 2pm on the day.
The colour run concept sees participants doused with coloured powder.
Hayley said she has been overwhelmed by the early support for the event.
People can pick up a registration form from Repco in Parker Street or contact Hayley on 0420 972 718.
