Dalgarno-Fixter led from the front, picking two early dismissals as part of the nine-wicket victory over South Australia.
South Australia were bowled out for 96.
It comes a day after she took three wickets in the loss to NSW Metro on the opening day of the tournament.
Fresh off her debut for the NSW Breakers, Rachel Trenaman also picked up a wicket in the 44-run loss to the competition heavyweights.
Trenaman also scored 22 in the run chase.
Queensland will be their next rivals on Friday.
