More than 160 entries have been received from all over the country, including Queensland, South Australia and Victoria.
The dressage and showjumping will take place on Sunday before the cross country takes centre stage on Sunday.
“It should be a great weekend,” REA publicity officer Elaine Furze said.
Among the local competitors in action will be Kirra Hubbard, Elizabeth Habermann, Stephanie Sutherland and the Cloros girls, Adelaide and Alexandra.
Harden Olympian Natalie Blundell will also be among the top calibre of riders in action.
Volunteers from the Amie St Clair Melanoma Trust will work as judges for the cross country to raise funds from REA for the charity.
