Nathan Blundell, 24, has pleaded not guilty to being an accessory to Owen Fuller’s slaying of Mr Power on August 29, 2013.
The trial, in Griffith, began on October 10 before Justice Peter Hall.
Justice Hall began summing up the case on Monday morning. Fuller was jailed for 17 years in June for Mr Power’s murder.
