A man has been arrested after police say he was trying to evade a roadside breath test in Wagga on Saturday night.
Man, 33, arrested by police
Officers sent a vehicle after the 33-year-old and he was pulled over shortly after.
The Victorian man failed an alcohol breath test and was arrested on the spot.
He was refused bail and will front court at a later date.
Police claim it was the second time the man had been involved trying to evade them, with the man leading officers on a short pursuit in central Wagga on December 19.
