Terry Willis starred for South Wagga as the Blues scored a comfortable win over Kooringal Colts at Wagga Cricket Ground on Saturday.
Willis took five wickets to help bowl the Colts out for 123.
Chasing 188, after bowling out South Wagga last week, the Colts were on top early.
Tom Cox and Dave Bolton put on 52 for the first wicket before Bolton was removed by Mitch Sykes for 35.
Willis then bowled Cox for 22 as the tide started to turn.
The Colts lost six wickets to 30 runs, with Willis doing most of the damage.
He finished with the impressive figures of 5-18 off 14 overs.
Willis has been in good form with the ball, taking four wickets in the Blues’ last round victory over Wagga RSL.
Captain Joel Robinson was once again impressed by the experienced Willis’ contribution to the team.
“He’s been doing a pretty good job for us in the last couple of games,” he said.
