A MAN accused of bashing two men and brandishing a firearm during an alleged brutal Wagga home invasion is to stand trial.
Johnny Ngatikaura, 23, of Sydney, is charged with two offences: detain person with intent to ransom occasioning actual bodily harm and aggravated break and enter and commit serious indictable offence.
It is alleged Ngatikaura was in a group of men who forced their way into a Timor Place, Ashmont, house on about 7am on February 25 and attacked two other men.
Ngatikaura was committed in Wagga Local Court to stand trial in the District Court on a date to be fixed.
