The family of murdered Leeton school teacher Stephanie Scott sat in stony-faced silence in Griffith Court House on Wednesday morning as they heard the case had been adjourned to February 25.
More than seven months had passed since the 26-year-old was killed on Easter Sunday, a week before her wedding.
The court heard psychiatric material was being sought from the Netherlands in relation to the matter and it was not expected to arrive in Australia until the end of January.
It would then take a further 10 to 15 days before it was translated.
