Charles Sturt University’s (CSU) academic council will consider the approval of a plan to downsize its faculties from four to three on Thursday.
Should the plan, recommended by the Academic Senate last week, be approved, the university will reorganise its faculties into three streamlined departments – science, arts and education, and business, justice and behavioural sciences.
“This faculty structure will position CSU to thrive into the future,” vice-chancellor Andrew Vann said.
