COOLAMON Rovers Football Club will “Light the Night” on Friday, November 9 to support the Leukemia Foundation.
This community event will be held at Kindra Park, starting at 5.30pm and food and refreshments will be available. Come and join the inspiring walk to help Australian families by raising funds for blood cancer research and support.
Team penning
COOLAMON team penning will bring the Coolamon Showgrounds to life on October 24.
Entries are almost due for this one-day event and cost is $55 opens, $25 juniors and $5 sub-juniors and a camping cost of $10.
Cup Day
COOLAMON CWA will be hosting a Melbourne Cup luncheon and Ffashion parade by “Ryneharts” on Tuesday, November 3 at the Coolamon Sport & Rec Club.
Doors opening at noon for a 12.30pm start, admission is $18 per person, and you’re invited to wear a pretty hat.

Cuppa and Chat
CWA are also holding a Cuppa and Chat Afternoon on Friday, October 23 from 2pm to 4pm at the CWA rooms, Cowabbie Street.
The afternoon is a chance for members of the community to meet some new friends and share ideas and skills over a social cuppa.

THE Coolamon Library welcomes HSC students to use the library as a quiet place to study and prepare for their upcoming exams.
Coolamon Library storytime is on again this Friday, October 23 with the theme “trains”.
