Arrest in ‘terrifying’ crime case
GRIFFITH Police have arrested a man in connection with a home invasion where a baby was allegedly threatened with harm by a gun-toting intruder.
About 10.30am on March 6, a man and a one-year-old girl were in a home on Watson Road when a group of people forcibly entered.
The alleged intruders, armed with a tomahawk and a rifle, demanded property and money from the occupants.
A 37-year-old man was arrested in a Yoogali caravan park on Tuesday and is set to front court.
