It is pretty strongly rumoured that Hill 971 was taken yesterday and 28,000 prisoners. But of course there are sure to be some pretty tall figures stated if the hill was taken. I hear that there is to be another medical inspection soon.
NOTE: Lance Corporal Stephenson did not write another diary entry until October 4.
