DURING the Spirit of the Land Lockhart Festival weekend, Jim Morgan is offering his aircraft and time for anyone who wishes to see the town of Lockhart from above.
Cost of a flight is a monetary donation which will go towards the appeal to fund a new digital X-ray machine at the Lockhart Hospital.

Showtime
THERE will be heaps of family fun to be had at Lockhart’s 109th annual show on Sunday, September 27.
Musical entertainment provided by Wagga’s Amanda Long.
Lockhart’s own freestyle moto x champion rider Jackson Strong will amaze the crowd with his breathtaking antics.
There will also be all the traditional produce displays, ring events, champion dogs, side show alley, Miss Showgirl competition and animal nursery for the children to enjoy.

Meals on Wheels meet
THE Rock & District Meals on Wheels/Friendship Association will hold their Annual General Meeting on September 30 at 7pm at the Emily Centre.
Meals on Wheels was established in The Rock in 1981 by volunteers and in 1984 the Friendship Club was formed.
Anyone interested is welcome to come along to help this organisation grow and go forward.
