SEVERAL of Wagga’s up and coming community leaders have spent the last year learning intensively from those who have been there and done it all before.
Those who have undertaken Committee4Wagga’s emerging leaders program have been learning from people like Kay Hull, former deputy prime minister Tim Fischer, and transport industry legend Ron Finemore.
“They shared their stories about the skills and qualifications it takes to be a resilient leader, overcome adversity and achieve the goals you set out to in your professional career,” Morgan Jones, who has been part of the program, said.
Fellow emerging leader Lauren Taylor said the program had allowed participants to share ideas about the way forward for the city.
