A WAGGA man who received hospital treatment after a police dog latched onto him during an arrest has denied all allegations against him.
Dylan Ingram, 23, of Glenfield Park, was wanted by police on a warrant and for questioning over a break and enter offence when he was allegedly seen riding a trail bike along a lane in his neighbourhood last Tuesday.
He was arrested in a house after a confrontation with a police dog.
Facing Wagga Local Court the next day after his hospital treatment, Ingram pleaded not guilty to breaking and entering a home in Northcott Parade, Mount Austin, on July 18 and stealing two bangles, a cordless power drill and a key, unlicensed driving, having goods in custody suspected of being stolen (the motorcycle), riding an unregistered motorcycle and driving a conveyance knowing it was stolen.
Ingram did not apply for bail and his case was adjourned to September 23.
