THE Coolamon-Ganmain Hospital Auxiliary are holding a trivia night on Friday, August 21 at 7pm.
Auxiliary president, Jan Nulty said more than 50 members were responsible for raising funds for the hospital with $13, 817 being spent on new or replacement equipment for the hospital.
These include, five new adjustable beds, pathology fridge, child oximeter and scales for community nurse among others.
They also presented each hospital patient with their own Christmas gift.
The trivia night is at the Coolamon Sport and Recreation Club with tables of 8 being $10 per person.

Eat fresh
FRESH fruit and vegetables are available at the Ganmain Hall every Thursday fortnight from 9.30am until noon thanks to Yenda producer Glenn Tanti.

Gentle workout
JOIN the CANDOs for gentle exercises each Tuesday at the Allawah Community Centre from 9am to 10am.
It is free to attend and there’s no age barriers or restrictions simply wear comfortable clothing and shoes.

School and shire connect
COOLAMON Shire Council celebrated Local Government Week with outreach story time sessions at Ardlethan and Ganmain preschools and Marrar Public School,.
Council also hosted a Morning Tea with the Mayor, which gave local school leaders from across the shire a chance to meet and mingle with councillors and share ideas and also a special afternoon tea for council volunteers.
