David Moran
The Harness Racing NSW inquiry into reinsman David Moran’s betting activities has been delayed until Tuesday.
The inquiry started in February after a bet was placed at Leeton’s meeting on January 30 on a horse Moran was driving against.
The inquiry was set to continue on Thursday was delayed by the Victorian driver until next week.
It is expected that the inquiry will conclude on Tuesday.
