Coota Blues
A win on the weekend came at a cost for AFL Canberra regional competition leaders Cootamundra.
The Coota Blues lost Dale Burt early in the first quarter with a sprained ankle while Toby Johnston who had another strong game strained his groin in the fourth quarter. Burt and Johnston could be out for three or four weeks.
The Cootamundra Blues easily accounted for Ainslie, winning 16.22 (118) to 2.7 (19) at Alan Ray Oval on Saturday.
