Helping students achieve their best results is a new focus in 13 primary schools across Wagga.
The schools are taking part in a mentor program which will see teachers mentor and coach other teachers.
Teachers who are selected to be mentors are considered to be among the best and most experienced.
The program is designed to improve the skills and abilites of all teachers.
The program is worth $224 million and is funded by the NSW Governement.
