Lutheran School Wagga is going through some major changes at the head of the school.
Principal Dr. Ken Albinger retired from the position abruptly on July 3 due to age and health considerations.
Dr Albinger started at the school in 2012 and made many changes to its structure during his time in the top job.
Peter Weier will take up the position from August 24.
Mr Weier has worked in Lutheran School for 34 years, most recently at Grace Lutheran Primary.
