The enemy guns at Kabat Tepe have been putting a flanking fire into us with 4.7 gun. The battleship Lord Nelson steamed in close this afternoon and put about fifty 12 inch shots into hill 600. After her came the Chester or the old Bacchante and finished it. About 8.30 tonight the Turks blew up our sap B22 down in front of the Fourth Bn. and the falling earth injured four men.
