Arana Taumata and Tumut have come to a swift resolution following a dramatic split last week.
After severing ties with their captain-coach last Thursday halfway through the first year of a two-year contract, Tumut has agreed to release the former NRL player.
With the June 30 deadline fast approaching, Taumata has secured a deal with Souths Newcastle to play out the rest of the season.
The Blues showed plenty of heart in their first game without Taumata, before going down to Temora 30-16 on Saturday.
Joel Toohey and Dan Roddy have come in as caretaker coaches for the remainder of the year.
