WAGGA Regional Family Day Care patron, Mary Kidson, believes a nine per cent increase to administration fees places an extra burden on service users.
It will increase from $25 to $27.50 per family, per week. Despite the increase, Mrs Kidson conceded it was probably necessary to meet requirements, including new Education and Care Services National Law and Regulation, and the National Quality Standard.
WWRFDC has 49 self-employed operators and two in-home care operators, catering for 250 families.
