Northern Jets coach Darren Jackson’s frustration is palpable after bitter ends to promising games.
“I don’t what’s going on; we hit the lead in all our games, and can’t go on with it,” Jackson said.
“The boys are playing good footy, but the consistency throughout the game is not good enough.”
As they face Barellan, four points would be a step in the right direction for the Jets however the team will need a series of wins to atone for previous losses.
And while Barellan are yet to secure their maiden win, the Jets have a challenge on their hands according to Coleambally coach Mitch Carroll, who confronted Barellan in round eight.
“They’re definitely no easy beats, we had to earn it,” Carroll said.
