A WAGGA man who broke into a house and stomped on the head of another man during a violent assault has avoided going behind bars.
But Dyllan Flynn, 23, of Ashmont, has been warned that if he reoffends or breaches good behaviour conditions of four concurrent intensive correction orders over the next eight months he will go straight to prison. The warning was issued by magistrate Erin Kennedy while sentencing Flynn in Wagga Local Court. Flynn smashed his way into an Ashmont house on November 19.
